Rustic Abruzzi Rye Bread

This is a hearty, rustic rye bread made with three ancient heritage grains. The trio consists of Einkorn, Abruzzi rye (grown here in SC) and Canadian Red Fife grown by a farm in Wisconsin. We use our own starters to make our levains and these breads are given the time needed to ferment and develop deep, rich and hearty flavors. This bread comes seeded or non seeded with organic caraway seeds. Make a wonderful accompaniment to a nice hot pastrami sandwich, 😉
